The Board has decided to do a year end sale on TL Ownerships.
The first 100 ownerships sold starting October 1, 2023 will sell for $1,500.00 including all of 2023 dues. After the first 100 sold the price will increase too $1,750. Only cash at this price. This offer will end December 31, 2023

FYI fellow Owners.
I have taken over the project management for the new Rules and Regulations draft. The only decision that has been made is to drop the proposed rule concerning dogs. If you have any concerns/input please feel free to email them to me. I will be presenting to the BOD in October for discussion and possible approval. Please help spread the word.

Water shut off
Tomorrow (September 12th)the water will be shut off in phase 3 and 4 due to a bad valve. ETA on shut off will be 8am-2PM (or sooner)
