We are real women and we are not perfect. Our nails break and we have bad hair days. We are not perfect moms or wives — despite our efforts! We are all in the same boat in that none of us has it all together. Pure Joy is a place to be honest and transparent, regardless of our background or circumstances. At Pure Joy you will experience women being real about life and the hope found in Jesus Christ.
Pure joy is a safe place of honesty and transparency where you will connect with every day women from your community. The same women you run into at the grocery store, doctors office or beauty shop will be sharing their stories and uniting for a common purpose. Heartaches , struggles and victories become merely building blocks to a new freedom found in Christ!
God has created each of us uniquely with dreams, talents, and passions that are gifted to us directly by Him. He delights in watching us make a positive impact in the world by using our God-given talents. Our purpose is for women to be encouraged to go out and change the world while taking action as we follow His call.
We invite you to attend a PureJoy Event. We firmly believe that laughter is good medicine. We consider it a priority to make the event fun in a relaxed atmosphere! During our events you will hear stories from women in your community. You will see hilarious skits, and experience God through worship with a community of believers. So come join us along with 50 of your closest friends, as we would love to meet you. Keep checking the PureJoy event page to see when we are coming to a city near you!
Word on the Street
Attending Pure Joy over the last several years has been a much anticipated event, a retreat in the midst of battle. An opportunity to connect, refresh, and restore with God and other sisters in Christ. A night to laugh and find joy, but mostly to find God who is at work in battles both seen and unseen.
…so thankful for PJ. It is a “solid pillar” in our community. It’s building the kingdom and meeting people where they are at!
2 years ago I gave my testimony at PJ. So many blessings came from being open and sharing my story. I was not able to help last year but was looking for a way to serve PJ this year. I was given the job of greeter. I was overwhelmed by the various ages in attendance. I saw so many people I knew and hadn’t seem for a long time…every age poured through those doors, eager to be there!
