The Hainings

The name Haining is a Scottish name meaning “the preserving of”. The Hainings are a team of professional entertainers from Branson, Missouri, committed to preserving and perpetuating the Great American Tradition of acoustic music. Tracing back long before the age of computers & video games, and spanning a variety of genres, acoustic music has been uniting families and friends for literally hundreds of years. We feel that this tradition is an important part of American culture and would indeed be a great loss if forgotten.  This event is paid by your activities department.
