Board Meeting July 2023

The device we use for live-streaming stopped working just the day before the meeting. There was no time to replace and setup the new camera. Therefore, please excuse the quality of this stream as we are having to run it the old fashioned way! We will copy the video over to YouTube at a later date. Thanks for your understanding.
