New Format for Board Meetings Q&A

As always, your Board of Directors is here to serve the members of Treasure Lake. Not just a select few, but ALL members.

Given that the format for Questions and Answers is not always accomplishing what it was originally intended to accomplish we will be changing the format for the next Board meeting.

We are going to ask that all members who have questions or concerns submit them via email or the “contact us” on the www.tlresort.com website no later than 3 days before the Board meeting so that the Board can do its best to do their research to ensure that you get an accurate answer.

For those who want to share the answers and explanations they received (using this process) with everyone who is tuned into the Board meeting, they can come up to the microphone and do so. Questions/concerns not submitted prior to the meeting will not be addressed and we would ask for your cooperation in submitting those new questions/concerns via the aforementioned methods. This is for the benefit of everyone and much more will be accomplished with this format than has been in prior meetings.

This new format is not to prevent anyone from asking questions or expressing concerns but to make the best use of everyone’s resources and time as well as ensuring that all questions are answered correctly and everyone is given an equal opportunity, including those unable to attend the meeting in person.
