Good afternoon fellow Treasure Lake Owners,
I wanted to inform you of a recent change to the Board of Directors (BOD) personnel. Yesterday I received and accepted a notice of resignation from Debbie Danner effective immediately. With this resignation an opening on the BOD was created. Debbie was filling an ‘Appointed” position on the board until October 2024.
With an election in October the entire BOD has agreed we will wait until after the election has taken place and offer this “Appointed” position to the individual that has the 2nd highest election votes.
If accepted, this Owner will then fill the open BOD position and their term will expire October 2024. If you have any questions, please email the BOD. Have a wonderful and safe Labor Day weekend!

If you happen to go to the pool today or see this young man around today. Make sure you thank him for his service the last 7 years at TL. This is Hunter’s last day at TL. Hunter has showed to be an exceptional dedicated employee. Hunter has been a lifeguard and certified lifeguard instructor for TL. Hunter has come to the aid over the years to several  drowning victims. You’ll be missed Hunter. And thank you from all of us at TL! Good luck in your next chapter!

Site Upgrade Fund…
Just an update on what has been happening with your generous donations to the Site Upgrade Fund that many of you contributed to along with your yearly dues.
This week 2 sites had concrete poured in phase 2 and were also upgraded to include 50 Amp plugs. All of the utilities were moved in order to slant the pads so that they could be much longer, wider, go all the way to the street and one is now a pull through. We chose 2 spots that were very seldom used in order to make them usable for all sizes of RVs.
Through July we had $22,234 donated. The concrete cost a bit over $12,000 for the 2 pads, leaving us approximately $10,000 to do more upgrades as the weather cools down. We are still accepting donations so send in your checks and mark them “for site upgrades”.
