FYI for fellow Owners. Our Treasurer, Gary Miles has the 2024 Budget “Draft” to me for review. I will be sending the document to the entire BOD very soon for review.

I have called a Special Meeting for December 21st to review the FY 2024 Budget draft and discuss other TL business.

Once I have the Agenda finalized I will post so you are more aware of topics.
