“Official” Minutes are being worked on and will be posted as soon as approved. This information is to help keep you as owners more informed of the BOD’s actions and you will see much more in the coming year. Watch your Email, “Official” FB, TL Moments and TL Website for more postings.

• Regular Meeting of October 27, 2023
• Reorganization Meeting of October 28, 2023
Action Without a Meeting Minutes: (All Approved)
• 2023-09-02 resignation of Debbie Danner, the Board made the decision to wait until after the election and appoint the individual that received the 2nd highest number of votes.
• 2023-09-28 the Board made the decision to have a year-end sale on Treasure Lake ownerships.
• 2023-11-18 the Board decided to alter the Special Assessment payment.
• 2023-12-4 BOD decided to put a hold on the 2024 Assessment
Communication amongst BOD members- will have quicker communication between BOD
Communication to Owners-Will see much more BOD communication to fellow Owners in 2024

The Camp S’more Holiday Hours
The store and equipment room will be open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 11 am – 5 pm through the end of the year. If you need something for your RV or a gift for your loved ones, stop in and see us!
The equipment room has all kinds of things to borrow during your stay to have fun! You can play mini golf, pickleball, disc golf, basketball, gaga ball, volleyball, board games, and more!

FYI/Update for fellow Owners.
I have sent the 2024 Budget “Draft” to the entire BOD for review and questions/concerns.
I have also sent the Agenda “Draft” to the BOD for edits. As soon as I have edits finalized I will post so you are more aware of topics to be discussed before the Special Meeting on December 21st.
Soon after the meeting our Secretary will have minutes to me for review and posting to keep all Owners informed.

I have called a Special Meeting for December 21st to review the FY 2024 Budget draft and discuss other TL business.
Once I have the Agenda finalized I will post so you are more aware of topics.

3 MORE DAYS!!! Who is ready to party?!
Join us on December 16th at 6 p.m. in the Clubhouse for the party of the year!
We are asking for a suggested donation of $5 per person or $15 per family. Please bring CASH or CHECK to place in the donation box by the food table. However, if times are difficult right now please do not let that stop you from coming.
We are planning the perfect event to get you in the holiday spirit! It will be a fun-filled night with delicious desserts, hot cocoa, and punch. Come ready to dance, play some Christmas games, win prizes, make a keepsake ornament, and if you want to wear your best “ugly” Christmas sweater you just might win a special gift! At 7 p.m. Santa will make a very special appearance to visit with everyone and take photos with the kids! It’s going to be great!
