Good morning Treasure Lake owners,

Finally we have the March 2024 Financials ready to share. Remember that the first Quarter each year is tough on the finances since the camping season has not started and therefore revenue is still lower. For the month, we showed an operating loss of $22,705 compared to a loss of $57,034 in March 2023, and our first quarter 2024 showed a loss of $249,176 compared to the 2023 loss of $345,876, a $108,819 improvement.
A few other highlights I wanted to point out are:
Revenue is up $22,000 for 2024 over 2023 (YOY)
Membership sales is up $20,000 YOY
Total net Assets are up $120,746 YOY
Operating Expenses are down $48,000 over 2023

Overall, we are making good progress and the Board and Finance Committee are continuing to look at expenses and places we can improve our efficiency. With our peak season coming quickly, we are hoping to see even more positive results.
