Hello Fellow Owners,
Two important updates to help keep everyone informed.
1- After extensive research, the BOD discovered the park was being billed for four separate Verizon cellular phone accounts consisting of over 30 different phone lines.
We were able to eliminate the nonessential/ non-park used lines down to 10, reducing our monthly bill from $1400 a month to $700. That’s a savings of $8400 per year!
2- Interviews for Interim General Manager (which is a Temporary position only) will be happening tomorrow, Friday 29th of March. From these interviews top Candidates will be selected for a second interview in the near future. We will keep you posted as things develop.
